We met Hwa Jung " Sandi" Chung in the fall of 2020 while visiting an open house by Towne Realty in Short Hills, NJ. Sandi was hosting the open house and was warm and friendly, and soon followed up with us the next day asking how she could help us in our search.
Beginning in October 2020 we began viewing homes with Sandi every weekend in the Millburn/ShortHills , Summit and Chatham neighborhoods. Sandi was organized, patient and thoughtful in the homes she shortlisted for us to view. Coming from a long background in interior design, Sandi had an eye for detail and was able to always give us a first 'technical' opinion on the state of the interiors of the homes we were viewing. As the months progressed, Sandi was able to customize and tailor the viewings to suit our modifying visions of an 'ideal' home. In the end, after six months when the time had come to make an offer Sandi moved swiftly and proactively to help us close on the property. - Sandi goes above and beyond what is expected from a realtor. When her clients are interested in a home - she is able to establish a rapport with the selling agent to understand the seller's expectations - and in turn help her clients tailor their offer letters. - Sandi is a long term resident of Millburn, NJ and has lived/raised her two kids in the area implying she is very familiar with neighborhoods, schools, demographics, commuting options, dining, shopping and even extracurricular activities for your kids.

When our offer for a home was accepted - Sandi took it upon herself to arrange for the home inspection, the chimney inspection, oil tank sweep, and the sewer inspections. Once, the inspections were done and the reports were received, Sandi single handedly coordinated various contractors to come in and provide estimates on the repairs required per our inspection. Sandi was able to smoothly coordinate all this in about a week's time. She then proceeded to introduce us to the best real estate attorney who helped us close swiftly.
- Through the entire process Sandi was hand holding and guiding us each step of the way. She has the expertise and insights that is rarely found in regular 'realtors'. She is on top of her job, thinking ahead, taking charge, and never leaving your side.
